These are the terms for using homeatquba.org (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
Home at Quba is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in San Diego, California. The site is operated by Home at Quba.
2. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and considerately. Don't attempt to break into accounts, scrape data in bulk, submit false form information, or interfere with the site's operation. Don't use the site to harass, abuse, or harm others in our community.
3. Content on the site
Most content on this site — program descriptions, news articles, the Bazaar directory — is produced by HQ. We try to keep it accurate but it's provided as-is, without warranties. Information about programs, schedules, and events can change; check the relevant page before showing up.
4. Programs, events, and the Bazaar
Information about programs and events is for orientation. Showing up at a program does not create a contract between you and HQ. The Bazaar is a directory of community sellers — listings are informational only, and any transactions you have with a seller are between you and them. HQ does not handle Bazaar transactions and isn't responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of any product or service listed there.
Donations are processed by Zeffy and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law. Tax receipts are issued automatically by Zeffy.
5. Intellectual property
The Home at Quba name, logo, written content, and design are the property of Home at Quba. You can share links to the site freely; please ask before reproducing content elsewhere.
6. Third-party services
The site embeds donation processing from Zeffy, syncs event information from Google Calendar, and uses other third-party providers (see Privacy Policy). Those services have their own terms; if you use them through this site, those terms also apply.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home at Quba is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. The site is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the date at the top whenever we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
