HQ's programming is organized around three connected pillars — each one a way to show up for the people around us, whether through gathering, conversation, or growing alongside the next generation.
Ansaar
The helpers. The hosts. The ones who show up.
Community programming for everyone — potlucks, gatherings, and service opportunities that bring people together around shared meals and shared work.
Mind, Coffee & Soul
Wellness, honest conversation, and a hot drink.
Young-adult gatherings on mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness — held over coffee in La Jolla, with topics that rotate session to session.
NextGen
Mentorship, identity, and growing into yourself.
Youth programming including mentorship training, halaqas, and Special Connections — small-group support for youth with special needs.
